CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected things happen. However, because we reserve time, resources, and creative energy for each project:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session → Eligible for a full refund or service credit.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the session → Non-refundable, but you may be eligible for rescheduling (see Reschedule Policy).

• No-shows → Will be charged the full amount with no refund or reschedule option
